Neal Berkowitz is President of NA Berkowitz Development
Group, Inc. in Birmingham, MI. Mr. Berkowitz has been in
shopping center development since May of 1981. He has worked
for two large real estate developers and has been an entrepreneur
for the past 18 years.
Mr. Berkowitz has Real Estate Brokerage
licenses in eight (8) states and is currently active with
projects in FL, TX, GA, SC, WA, CA and Michigan. In addition,
he consults with numerous development companies from coast
to coast.
Upon request by select retailers, Mr. Berkowitz
serves as a tenant representative. He focuses primarily
on ground up, mixed-used developments which include retail,
office, residential, theaters and hotels. He also assists
developers with construction, architectural and creative
marketing services.
In addition, Mr. Berkowitz has extensive
experience in Community Consulting, along with the specific
requirements and challenges facing Theater Owners and Operators.
